Frankly, this could be bad news for some of your computer components (video card, memory, etc), but let's try something.
Unplug it from the wall and clear the cmos and see if that helps the situation. Be sure to ground yourself before working in that case. You can use either the changing the jumper for a few minutes (pins 1 & 2 to pins 2 & 3, wait a few and return it to pins 1 & 2) /or/ you can remove your motherboard battery for a few.
Plug it back in and give it a try.
Please understand, this is a long shot, but worth a try and won't harm anything.
