Each piece of hardware has a driver. Otherwise your pc wouldn't recognise it. These drivers are installed automaticly by windows without a disk so yes there are drivers for the keyboard which is why i said delete it and reboot. Windows will detect the keyboard and install a fresh driver for it.

If the keyboard is as bad as you say then it would have made sence to try a different one before posting. Get a new one.
