received the following error message

rundll32.exe - Entry point not found


The procedure entry point ActivateActCtx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

Had to reestablish link to server. All other workstations on network have reset fine. this workstation will not allow access to the properties of "my computer"

The above error message is shown without access to the proberties section.

Any suggestions how to fix the error and reset the domain name for the server?????????
