non-communication
I have a new laptop which has vista. I'm trying to install my printer (lexmark all-in-one x1270). It has been installed ok and the printer is turned on and working, but it tells me there is no communication between them both. I have changed the ports, I have undone and done the cables, and I have even switched off and re-started the computer, to no avail. I have even tried uninstalling then reinstalling. Please can you help?
