Hey,

I recently moved house and we installed the wireless router we had in our other house (modern, thin walls) but could get no signal upstairs in our new house (old, thick walls). I have been told that the signal can't get through the walls. However, the computer I want to connect to is on the opposite side of the house to the main connection line, and the next floor up and it would take a lot of drilling through walls to pass the wire through. Does anyone know of an alternative?
