ok, a registry fix took care of the .dll problem but still can't get to the task manager. CTRL + SHIFT + ESC doesn't work. When I right-click on the task bar, task manager is dim and I can't open it. And when I hit CTRL + ALT + DEL, the screen pops up with switch user, and log off etc. but the task manager isn't there. I did full system scans with kaspersky7 and zone alrm but nothing turned up.

What else should I do?

Any help would be appreciated.
