Sorry, you're right, i meant the nozzles on the printer, and yes, i went trough the cleaning procedure you mention. i haven't tried calling them because my guarantee already expired (i probably should've mentioned i'm located in Mexico, so when the guarantee expires, you can call them and send it, but you have to pay for the repairs
