computer was not shutdown properly. When it went to safety startup screen I selected a mode. It went to a blue screen with message ( STOP: C0000218 (registry file failure) The registry cannot load the hive file: /system root/system32/config/software or its log or alternate. it is corrupt, absent, or not writable. Beginning dump of physical memory, physical memory dump complete, contact your system administrator or techincal support group for further assistance. Then it keeps going back to safety mode option screen, like its in a loop and does not let me progress. Please help me.
