One file that showed up was PTDWMdm.sys. From what I can find out it's a USB Modem Device Driver by DEVGURU Co,LTD. See if you can find out what it belongs to and then look for an update.

Probably caused by : usbohci.sys ( usbohci!OHCI_PollAsyncEndpoint+41 )
