Hi everyone, this is my first post here!
My CX3500 seems to function properly, but when i try to print or copy something, the pages come out blank, the ink levels are almost full. I'm pretty sure it's the cartridge nozzles, i followed the manual and tried to clean them, but it still doesn't work. Any help on cleaning or opening the nozzles or what else could it be?
Or do i simply buy new cartridges?
