what browser are you using? have you checked internet options?
also enter in the command prompt ipconfig post the result here.
try to check your Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) properties.
1. Go to Control Panel -> Network Connections,
2. RIGHT-CLICK on Local Area connection and select Properties.
3. highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click on Properties button.
