Thanks much for the replies. The results posted yesterday were from ipconfig /all and were from a brief moment when I was able to get online. My connection status is irregular, at best. Just can't figure out why I keep getting booted offline, while my wife sitting next to me has no problems.

Just tried again and here is the current status of ipconfig /all:
