Hi, and welcome to TSF. What was this computer before the hardware change? Was the computer pretty fast originally, and then seemed something changed. A little more detail here would be helpful. I'm afraid if you've made drastic hardware changes to try to compensate for software issues. And therefore have so far gained nothing. If you plan to keep the hardware as it is now, you may need to re-install the software. That end result will be a faster computer. I just suspect the hardware was unnecessary as a software correction on the existing system may have been accomplished without a re-install and thereby losing all your personal data. And it's probably not too late to go back either if you would like to.
