To be honest - I don't think TD can fix this (after trying all those changes).
Now that your files are safe on another HDD - wipe this "bad" drive with
DBAN.
Burn the DBAN ISO image and boot the computer from the CD,
Disconnect any other hard drive (data + power cable) before using DBAN - it's easy to make mistakes and wipe the wrong drive.
It will take a LONG time to wipe the drive with DBAN (up to 40 hours).
If you don't have the patience - just format it in Disk management.
