320GB NTFS Slave HD Turned Raw After Master Format and Reinstall of XP: Help!
I've got several hard drives, no partitions. I have one hard drive that's for my system 160 GB internal (Drive C:windows and programs), one that's for misc storage 80 GB internal (Drive D:backup), an external hard drive 160 GB for backups and storage (not attached right now), and a 320 GB internal hard drive (Drive E) for storage of videos for while I'm doing my video editing (so my only thing not backed up all the way). I'm running XP Pro 2002 with no service packs right now.
I formatted and reinstalled XP Pro 2002 with no service packs on Drive C (System) and now Drive E has been turned Raw. I can see it in My Computer, it asks me to format it. It's properties are raw, 0% used, capacity of 130GB or something. I can see it in Disk Management, it's healthy, but with no File System.
I was going to run testdisk but I have no way of knowing what disk to select (see attached). There are two disks that are the same and they both could be the one. There's also that note that if the disk capacity's aren't shown properly that I shouldn't run testdisk.
Let me know what I should do, I don't want to do anything that might wreck it.
