Ok, I don't know which part of this worked, but I took both suggestions. I pulled the CPU again and the CMOS battery. When I pulled the heatsink and CPU. Put the whole shooting match together again. I went out for a smoke, came back put the battery back in and beep beep beep. I didn't have the RAM or keyboard connected. I am currently installing XP. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
