Hi sijumon,

Check with your friend if he is set up to receive emails in HTML format. If he isn't that would explain the problem. You'd need to send him emails in Plain Text format.

You can select the format via:-

Tools > Account Settings > Composition & Addressing > Compose message in HTML format (tick or un-tick)
