BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER BSoD Problem

Hello. I am having serious issues regarding the Blue Screen of Death(BSoD). Ok, the problem originated when I aquired a PCMCIA adapter for my computer, so I could access the internet from my desktop. Now, whenever I use the Internet, I will occasionally get the BSoD, causing my computer to restart. This is especially a problem when I am downloading files from the internet or playing an online game. The title for the BSoD is "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER", the error code 0x000000FE, and the parameters are:
parameter1 00000005, parameter2 8972f0e0, parameter3 10330035, parameter4 895882d8.
According to the Miscrosoft developer network, the problem is
"A hardware failure has occurred due to a bad physical address found in a hardware data structure. This is not due to a driver bug."
So how do I know what hardware is the problem? How do I fix it? Can I fix it?
