Hi foursavages,

Sometimes it is just best to reformat and start fresh when there are too many problems with the machine. There sure are some nasty virus' out there :(

Also, about your question about supported Operating Systems. Microsoft still offers support for Windows 2000. I think the only OS they dropped was Win95 and earlier.
