Re: Computer slowing, possible malware

Hi kalv,

P2P Software

I see you have P2P software (µTorrent, LimeWire 4.16.6, & ) installed on your machine. We are not here to pass judgment on file-sharing as a concept. However, we will warn you that engaging in this activity and having this kind of software installed on your machine will always make you more susceptible to re-infections. It may be contributing to your current situation. This page will give you further information.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Click > Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs and uninstall the following programs (if they exist):

3DSexVilla-017.001 (Cracked)
HentaII3D-017.004 (Cracked)
VirtuallyJenna-2.017.002 (Cracked)

--------------------------------------------------------------

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to the following:
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform Fullscan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Save it to your desktop. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware may require a reboot to complete removals. After a reboot, if required, post that saved log in your next reply.
