Ok, well that wasn't that helpful, any more information... Like so if she were to purchase an upgrade version of xp will that definitely load it or is it likely that it will still advise it can not be done because of the administrators account??
Find it funny that these government departments will sell there old computers and are suppose to clear everything on them but yet they obviously haven't on this occasion.. Or done what they had to and that's it... annoyed!
