What happens when you attempt to render the project? Do you get an error message? If so what does it say?
I am not fully familiar with the version of Premiere that you are using - I use Premiere Elements2 and have transferred large projects from main comp to laptop a number of times with success.
I assume you edited mainly in Premiere? If so had you rendered any of the timeline before transferring the project? If so, when you transferred the project files did you take the Premiere folder that stores the rendered files? they have file names such as
"Rendered - 0de56b1d-11b5-480a-af54-066acf9c4059" and are saved in a preview folder within the Adobe folder that has your other project files.
If not try to locate them and transfer them to your drive you are now using for the project.
