Well I tried outside the case with just the CPU, Ram and Video Card, all hooked up correctly.. power came on, didnt reboot.. but nothing happened, nothing.. tried reseting the bios, still nothing... with the floppy drive connected.. it shuts itself off, but on reboot.. stays on.. so I am just going to RMA it... then when I get the new one.. try it outside my case before I break everything down again.
