If you have everything hooked up properly including the ATX connector, the PSU/Heatsink/Fan to motherboard, molex connector to motherboard and it still won't do anything, most likely you got a bad board. I would RMA that one. BTW, your CPU is clear down and the heatsink/fan snapped in tightly, aren't they?
