I am trying to access a web site that requires a plugin. When I click to download the plugin in it bombs out. I went to Mozilla to try and get the plugin but it informed me that I was missing the following:
C\winnt\system32\kernel32.dll

Where can I find this file without having to pay for it or go through a ton of ads?
