You could try removing any pref's that NoScript may have left behind.

Type 'about:config' in your addy bar and then 'noscript' in the filter bar that will appear at the top of the new page.

The filter effect should leave you with any pref's belonging to the noscript extension. On each line, right click and select 'reset'.

After you've done that restart Firefox and cross fingers!

You should empty your cache too.
