I do not think there is this option in IE. Usuallyany auto refrsh page is built into the page. What you can look for is a program to automatically refrsh a page or you can even create one, shouldn't be too hard. Oh course if you download onealways be careful and check it first. I'm fairly sure one must be out there though.
