[SOLVED] Hard Drive Upgrade Question
Well, I purchased a larger hard drive for my Toshiba laptop [I was going from 60GB to 160GB]. I used an upgrade kit to help copy the data from my old hard drive to the new one, and everything went smoothly, but when I installed the new hard drive and boot up, I get an error message that says "NTLDR is compressed. Press alt + ctrl + del to restart." I do it, and the same thing happens all over again.
Do you think it has anything to do with the fact that a few weeks ago I compressed my C: drive? If so, that would mean the files copied and saved in a compressed format to my new drive. And if that's the case, my question is, how do I uncompress either drive? And if I do uncompress them, will that solve the problem? In theory it seems it should work, but I can't seem to find any information about it on the web.
Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated! Thanks!
