Hi everyone! New to this forum - please forgive if I'm beating a dead horse on this question...

I have a Dell 8250 that I recently replaced with a new Dell 531. I'd like to take the 8250, clean it out, gut it and put it into a new, smaller case. I would then like to put this into a smaller location in my kitchen (properly ventilated, of course).

Goal is to wire in the monitor and use a wireless keyboard and mouse and use this as the "Kitchen" computer for accessing _____ (kitchen related stuff). As opposed to hunting all through the internet for info on the best way to do this, I wanted to start with people who would know.

Any help/advice is appreciated.
