Hee Hee

Actually, I'm one year older and started my professional life in 1964 at NCR. I exceeded in electronics skills and was trained on every computer they made till I left in 1973. I went from tube type computers, to all transistor models to the first all Integrated Circuit computer.
I built my first IBM XT Clone in ~1983 and from there it's all just history.
From day one, I've been trying to get every bit of performance possible, out of every computer I've owned, built or worked on.
I share that expertise with all my computer customers.
In most cases, I can improve a systems performance by 100%+.
Windows is just such a dog, it doesn't allow the hardware to run at anywhere near its true potential.
Run a DOS program on the computer and you'll see performance that you never thought possible.
I'm glad the problem that prompted this thread has been dealt with.
Cheers Mates!
