Thanks to all of you for the help. I think I did the right thing by uninstalling "Registry Repair Pro" from 3B.
In fact after I purchased and installed Webroot Spy-sweeper, the software prevents me from doing any thing related to 3B Software !! My McAfee site adviser also does the same thing, so there must be some thing very wrong about this company.
