Install the OS on the single drive and install your drivers for the Intel RAID. When your system boots to the single drive and everything is loaded. Shut down and hook up the other drive. Boot up now go to the intel storage utility in your control panel and setup the raid you want from there. It works perfect and it is how I got mine up and running perfect. I too am running 2 WD 120's. Good luck and hope this works. I know how very aggrivating setting up RAID can be; trust me.
