What hardware do you have? This may be critical to upgrading your system.

Be aware that Du Core motherboards are not backwards compatible with legacy hardware. The Du Core motherboards I reviewed for my recent motherboard upgrade had only one IDE connection and some had NO Floppy connection.

These would not do for my PC upgrade (needed 2 IDE & Floppy min). I found an MSI motherboard that was totally compatible with my hardware, so my motherboard upgrade was to a MSI, 3GHz Intel P4 Hyper Threading & 2gb RAM, for appx $130, and I did not have to upgrade any other hardware. Very cost-effective upgrade.
