2 1gig kingston ddr2 plugged into slots DIMM 1 and DIMM 3 (also tried 2 - 4

I have the 4 pin connected. When I plug the 8 pin it doesn't power on at all.

Hard Drive is connected. five hundred gig maxtor

Video card is E-Gforce 96OO GT five12 mbs (keeboard is broken srree for mispllings.

Also the mobo sas it might need a 4 pin plug plugged into the mobo for some pci express devices and the problem is the same w. this plugged in and not plugged in. Basicallee the problem is the same no matter what is plugged in or not plugged in./ thanks
