ATX Compatibility

I've looked everywhere and can't find a straight answer.

Here are two links which will provide you guys with all the relevant information.

Computer is an Acer Aspire E650 (reference above links).

I am looking of importing my motherboard and everything else into a new computer case. My case is very tiny and heat is becoming an issue. I have the perfect case picked out - I just have to know if this is ATX compatible.

Thanks!

(P.S. - How hard is it to transfer things into a new case? Seems easy - but so does everything. Do you just remove the screws and transfer it all over?)
