try doing both again if they're still showing up in add/remove, then try clearing the prefetch by going to c:\windows\ and removing or renaming prefetch. Once you've done that, i would open regedit and search for anything named viewpoint, it'll still be in hklm\software for sure, but could be other places. Once you've checked all of that, and it's still there, make sure it's not in an addon on internet explorer and then restart. It should be gone then. If not, just let me know and I'll see what else I can tell you
