need help badly!~!! been having this problem since i ran ad-aware se and removed some registries. my cable connection will be disconnected about every hour and i have to restart the modem to get back my connection. i'm using a ethernet card connection intstead of USB for my cable modem and i just updated my drivers recently. read up the the forum and found out that some are also having this problem and tried the recommended solution of winsockfix and its not fixing MY problem. ran AVG virusscan nad nothing was found so i reformatted my HD and its still not helping. wondering if this could be a problem with my mainboard???please help.
