First, this is NOT an OS problem. It is a
BIOS Setup problem.
You can see the problem in the
POST screen (which is what you are showing us). And you can see the problem the BIOS is having, you have 2 functions being assigned to the same PCI card (slot 02) which MAY be the conflict.
How many PCI cards do you have installed in your system?
Where are they installed (PCI slot)? Specifically, what is installed in PCI slot 2?
IMPORTANT: Do you have the
BIOS PNP OS Option enabled? DO NOT use this option, should be disabled.
I have seen this problem in older PCs where
non-PNP PCI cards have mistakenly been setup with the same resources. But this should not happen with PNP cards.
Go into
BIOS Setup, and check you PCI settings. Should be Automatic IF you have that option. If nothing else, first write down all BIOS setting options (just in case). Only then select to load defaults and reboot.
You may have to reset some options you had previously EXCEPT the PCI settings.
