OK. No luck with the jumper switching. The system booted with the jumpers set to 200fsb but cpu-z showed the processor ID as just an Athlon. It also showed the memory running at 100MHz and the cpu the same. When I went back to the 1-2 pin fsb jumper setting, I was right back where I started: the system will only run at 133fsb and Optimal settings and cpu-z shows the cpu as an Athlon 2200+ again. I guess I'll try a different BIOS.
