I won this item on ebay, hoping it would be an easy fix. It sounded like the CPU was bad, and it was. But there is more to this. I put a good CPU on this and it hasn't changed. I did put that CPU back on a good motherboard and it did work. The bad CPU gave the exact same results on a good motherboard. I mean, have you seen anything like this before? It doesn't make sense. I didn't notice a burnt chip. Thank you.
