Transfering Specific Files and Folders

I bought a new 500GB hard drive for my computer yesterday. Today I decided to set it up, It installed nicely and I made it into a partition using the software which came with. I set up the new HD as my slave drive. Now I want to transfer all my games from the old drive to the new one, I know I can't simply copy because that would screw up the registry and just create one big mess. My dad owns Norton Ghost so I installed that program because I was told it can do the transfers I need. However the program only has an option to transfer entire partitions, I can't simply select my "Games" folder and move it.

Is there any way for me to be able to select particular programs, files and folders, or am I going to have to figure out some sleek way to get around the partition system?
