Try just disabling it as a first thing to try, because if the thing is disabled, the driver part is kind of moot as a point.
However, if that does not work for you, then see if you can find the driver without uninstalling the card, then remove it when you disable the card. Just don't uninstall the onboard video or it simply will load again when you boot up.
