Get your self some thermal paste (Artic Silver 5 is a good brand $12). remove the heatsink and scrap off all the original thermal paste from the heatsink and the CPU and apply the new paste. Spread the new paste with a piece of card so that the top of the CPU is covered and stick the heatsink back on (you only need a paper thin layer of paste).
This should bring the temps back down.
The temp needs to be about 50c-65c for normal CPU operation.
