Increase in frame time

I have noticed that sometimes when i have to restart F@H (windows updates etc.) The optimization does not load properly and this causes the time/frame to increase by about 3X.

Log File with no optimization (6minutes 25secs per frame)
Quote:
[16:34:42] Preparing to commence simulation
[16:34:42] - Ensuring status. Please wait.
[16:34:59] - Looking at optimizations...
[16:34:59] - Working with standard loops on this execution.

[06:57:32] - Files status OK
[06:57:32] - Expanded 364491 -> 1798990 (decompressed 493.5 percent)
[06:57:39] Assembly optimizations on if available.
[06:57:39] Entering M.D.
[06:58:48] Extra SSE boost OK.
Normally, when this happens, quitting and restarting F@H cures the problem and the optimization loads properly.
