Hi!

I'm wondering wheather there's any point in increasing my ram from 1.5-3gb.
Might be a silly question, but still, I've heard people complaining that the difference isn't as great as they thought is would be. nevertheless, at the moment I use 1.5gb (and have 512 as spares, since my mobo either use 2 or 4 slots, not just 3). So, to use my extra 512 I'm planing on buying 1 extra gb of ram. however, what will the effect be? will the difference in performance be noticable from 1.5 to 3gb om ram? And in that case - how? We are talking about pc 3200 ddr:s (400)

my specs at the moment:
asrock mobo s.939
amd athlon 64 3500+ (2.2ghz)
1gb corsair value s., 2x 512 twinmos (only use 1.5 though, but the memory modules are compatible, no problem there)
