well here's the update- my dads home sick so i cant work on it, the fans come tuesday, and i have a case redesign in mind-
window screen over fans (stapled in)
2" wide fascia edges attached to side doors
vertically mounted PSU
pre-ran electrical routing channels (plexi covered of course every 4" to contain wires) to HDD & CD drive bays (molex/SATA) as well as motherboard (P4 & ATX)

For proper support: what are you running? video card, cpu, m/board, ram, power supply, brand, wattage, any error message?
Will this PSU run my card? If you're having to ask, it probably won't. PCI-E requires 26 amps at 12 volts. That's a 650W PSU. Power Supply Info and Selection
