Update again - Ok, after playing with hte BIOS, I cannot get it to work with the controller card.

I re-did the IDE cable, with the parts on cardboard, back to Master - HDD Slave - CD-Drive and it loads windows.

But if i use the controller, i get a disk boot error..

EDIT - But i DID install the drivers.
