Okay based on the controller the CD-ROM is not SATA (you have it connected to the Controller card). It should be jumpered to Master or single drive and placed at the end of the cable. The HD (connected to the motherboard) should also be jumpered for single drive (no jumper) and be at the end of the cable. No drivers are required for XP according to the manufactures web site.
