hmmm..
Open HijackThis > choose Scan Only > Place a checkmark in the boxes beside these entries in bold.
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FCCC63D1-D8E4-458D-BC4F-B0C3CABF31AB} - C:\CMA\bin\BHODownload.dll
Close your browsers and all open windows except for HijackThis, then click "Fix checked". Exit HijackThis.
Reboot and tell me if the problem still persists.
