Mistake WD 120GB Weird Issue... (picture included)

I have been searching online and have had no luck finding the solution to fixing the hard drive. I have fully detailed this entry and hope to find a solution. Hard Drive works normally as a 120GB and I changed the name to "Storage." and a few days ago my hard drive changed to "Local Disk" with a total space of 512 MB and 255 free space. If I click on the hard drive it takes a while to load the drive and when it does it shows random files name such as "ω", "θô" and a bunch of squares in each file name. I have ran a error-check thru windows and it fails. I did a partition magic 8.0 Disk Check and it runs stating a few errors such as "Warning 2001 Fat copies are not identical," "Critical 501 cross-linked files were found." then brings up the window that "Error #7 Operation canceled by user." If anyone may know a solution to retrieve or fix the files it would be gladly appreciated of. If there a site I can be forwarded to, that may help also.

More info:
It is an IDE hard drive, with Windows XP operating system. I ran the CMOS setting and the hard drive is showing a 120GB WD. I ran a disk management and its shows " (D:)...Partition...Basic...FAT...Healthy...512MB...256MB...50%...No...3o...0%."
In the bottom of the screen is "Disk 0 which indicates 111.79GB GB FAT Healthy." This is all the information including a picture found here
